Post 3: Climate Change

 


Hello everyone,

Regarding climate change, every day we see how it is impacting us, I remember that during last summer, there were rains in Santiago de Chile, a situation that some time ago, was practically impossible, also, in the country, and worldwide have been evidenced, increased forest fires, loss of biodiversity, decreased rainfall period, the increase in global average temperature and so on.

Planet Earth is the place where we live together with other living beings, therefore, it is crucial to be aware that climate change exists. Among the possible solutions to mend the damage caused are to reach agreements between countries to reduce greenhouse gases, and to take actions that contribute, such as recycling. In addition, adaptation and mitigation measures against climate change, however, in my opinion, if we do not take real awareness about the current situation in the world, it is very difficult for the future to be encouraging, it is time to see it as a reality in which we are all parts, and not just rely on demonstrations and not to abstain, but to act.

Hello, probably one of the greatest meanings that I give to my life is to travel, either within Chile or abroad. One of the first countries that I would like to visit when I have the opportunity is Germany, because it is a country with a peculiar culture, rich in history, has museums and monuments that really capture my attention, such as the Cathedral of Cologne, I would like to take pictures of all the places with unique architecture and designs, Personally I consider myself a lover and collector of printed photos, so it would be one of the activities that I would like to do in this country, also, I am interested in collecting testimonies that help me even more to understand the history of this territory.  If you ask me about living, studying, or working in Germany, the answer would be only to study, to expand my knowledge about the proposals and innovations regarding cultural policies that this country presents.  Greetings!

Post 2: My best Holidays

  Hello everyone! Today I will talk about my best vacations, these were the summer of 2020, they were incredible, it was as if destiny knew that a chaotic year full of uncertainties was coming. That summer I went with my family to the south of Chile, specifically to Coñaripe, but we also visited other nearby places like Frutillar and Osorno. Those vacations were different from the previous ones because we made many visits to native forests, went to Saltos del Rio Petrohué, extensive hikes, ate churros, and even went to a kind of fonda in Osorno, the truth is that we ate and traveled a lot.  I would like to live an experience like this again, personally I enjoy the south of our country and the things it gives us in all areas, therefore, I always want more, however, I would like to venture on a trip by myself, I feel it is a big step towards my independence, also, it will help me to incorporate new life experiences, I hope someday to achieve it.  Greetings to all!

Post 6: Time travel to the future

 Hello, my blog will be about a time I would like to go to in the future. I would like to travel to the year 2030, to see if I achieved or changed my goals, at the same time, to have filled myself with experiences and based on them grow in all areas. However, I would not like to stay only there, since it would be a somewhat selfish vision, I am interested in knowing if as a society we manage to overcome all the complications that we are experiencing such as climate change, increased water scarcity, and poverty. If the situation remains as it is now or if it is worse, the truth is that I would not like to stay in that era or even sometimes I wonder if it is worth staying in this one, I know I mentioned that I have many goals on a personal level, but if the context in which I feel immersed is not the right one for all humanity to live together in the best possible way, the forecasts will not be very good, I hope that as beings that coexist in this place called planet earth, we ...
